Why KORAL

Everything is in the price. Except one thing.

From 390 EUR / 17 800 UAH per traveller, which covers return transport, accommodation, and a KORAL trip leader through the whole festival weekend, and it excludes the festival pass only. Here is the full line-up.

Included in every departure

  • Return coach transport from the confirmed pickup point, and all transfers between the campsite and the festival gates.
  • 5 nights of accommodation in a pre-pitched tent, with a sleeping mat, and a locked storage locker for your bag.
  • One KORAL trip leader per 12 travellers, plus a local crew member who speaks the festival language.
  • Festival shuttle timings, stage schedule, and a printed pocket plan handed to you on arrival.
  • Two hot group meals per day at camp, with a vegetarian option at every sitting.
  • Free date change up to 21 days before departure, and a 20% deposit to hold your place.

How it works

Three steps from a group chat to the festival gate

Same process on every departure: pick a window, hold your place with a deposit, then travel with a leader who has already done the route.

    Pick a window

    Tell us the festival and the dates that work. Each departure is capped at 24 travellers, small enough to move as one group.

  2. 02

    Hold your place

    A 20% deposit reserves your spot and the balance is due 21 days before departure. KORAL does not sell, resell or mark up festival passes, so you buy yours from the official box office.

  3. 03

    Travel with your leader

    One leader per 12 travellers. Ihor speaks English and Ukrainian and has led 34 departures. All departures are 18+. Must be of legal drinking age.

From 390 EUR / 17 500 UAH per person, covering return coach travel, accommodation, the festival transfer and a leader on the ground. Not included: your festival pass.
