These Terms of Service govern your use of the audioparsenal.com website and the booking of trips and festival services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms.

We operate in compliance with the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015, Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023, Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25 April 2024, Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995, Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII 'On Licensing Types of Economic Activity' dated 2 March 2015, and Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.

3. Services and Pre-Contract Information

We provide trip and festival booking services. Before you book, we provide clear, accurate information about the service, price, terms, cancellation, and complaint procedure as required by Law No. 3153-IX.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices are as shown at the time of booking. Payment methods are displayed on the site.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are detailed in our Refund/Cancellation Policy. Please review it before booking.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except as required by Ukrainian law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Complaints

To submit a complaint, contact us at contact@audioparsenal.com or +380 985 297 1884. We handle complaints under Law No. 3153-IX. You may also use pre-trial dispute resolution.

8. Privacy

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ukrainian courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
