Crew
One leader per 12 travellers, with a hard cap of 24 travellers per departure. Every leader is named on the trip card, in the itinerary output and in the pre-departure email. All departures are 18+ and follow one licence, one insurance policy and one payments account.

Payments run through the company account of PE audioparsenal.com. A 20% deposit secures your place and the balance is due 21 days before departure. See which leader is on each departure.
Licence and traveller protection
audioparsenal.com is a sole proprietorship registered in Ukraine under EDRPOU 04498868, operating as a festival trip organizer for travellers aged 18 and over. Every departure is arranged directly with the festival and with the transport and accommodation partners named on the itinerary. Full prices are published before you book, and nothing is added after.
Payments go to a business account, never to a personal one. A 20% deposit confirms your place; the balance is due 21 days before departure. If we cancel a trip, every payment you made to us is returned in full within 14 working days. If you cancel, the terms in the Cancellation and Refund Policy apply.
All departures are 18+. Must be of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly. We check ID at the meeting point in Kyiv before boarding, and we do not accept bookings from travellers under 18, even with parental consent.
audioparsenal.com does not sell, resell or mark up festival passes. We buy your pass at the official price and show that price as its own line on your invoice, so you always see what you paid for the festival itself and what you paid us for transport, accommodation and crew. Passes bought through us are personal and cannot be transferred or resold.
