Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy governs cancellations, refunds, and changes for bookings with audioparsenal.com (PE, EDRPOU 04498868), 27 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. It complies with Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023, Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015, and Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995.

2. Cancellation by You

You may cancel by emailing contact@audioparsenal.com or calling +380 985 297 1884. Cancellation takes effect when we confirm receipt.

• More than 30 days before start: full refund minus non-refundable third-party fees.
• 15–30 days before start: 50% refund of the trip price.
• 7–14 days before start: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method, as required by Law No. 3153-IX.

3. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a trip due to insufficient participants, weather, or safety, you may choose a full refund or a credit for a future trip. We will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Changes

You may request a date change up to 15 days before start, subject to availability and a fee of 10% of the trip price. Changes within 14 days are treated as cancellation.

5. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Send complaints to contact@audioparsenal.com or by post to the address above. We aim to respond within 10 business days. If unresolved, you may seek pre-trial dispute resolution under Law No. 3153-IX.

6. Legal Basis

This policy is issued under Law No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015 and Law No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023. Tour services are organised in line with Law No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995 and Law No. 222-VIII 'On Licensing Types of Economic Activity' dated 2 March 2015.
